My Name Is Patricia Bearcroft, a happy go lucky kinda girl I am 29 years old and the face of Flix Therapy.
Being fully qualified and insured in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy and Professional Makeup Application is an important factor for me you can find all my certificates here personally as i find there is so many unqualified uninsured individuals performing inadequate services and leaving people unhappy. I love what I do, I love making people feel great about themselves and put 100% into everything about my career.
I have been hairdressing since 2009, I qualified my apprenticeship with Garrec and Webster in Oxted in 2011 with apprentice of the year, I went on to set up Flix Mobile Hairdressing Oxted in July 2013 promoting as a hairdresser near me, a great idea struck me to perform beauty treatments while colours were taking to give the client the best use of their time.
2013-2017 i had been working on and off in London at a busy Salon in Battersea but also doing photo-shoots at hotels.
In 2014 i went to Redhill College for Level 2 Beauty Therapy and qualified in 2015 with student of the year. Gels were coming into the spotlight and i just had to do a gel nail course to keep up with what my clientele wanted so in Jan 2016 i attended and passed a Gel Polish Course with Gellux.
I also started a bridal course for Make up with The London School Of Make Up in late 2016 and passed with Flying colours in early 2018.
Throughout 2017 i worked along side 2 companies, the first called Miss Beez who offered training courses in Threading which i happily took and passed, also Blow where i got to put my blow-drying, hair up and Make up application skills into use!! they also trained me in OPI regular and Gel Manicure and Pedicures!
Mid 2018 I attended a course for ASP Dipping Powder (which is the english equivalent for SNS Dipping Powder)
2019 I created a salon in a shed in my garden where i have been able to keep costs low and give those on a lower income a salon experience, my new venture is something close to my heart as i have never been able to work full time having 2 kids and know what it is like not being able to keep up with treatments that make me feel good and gives me drive :)
I constantly take on courses in my fields to keep my skills up to date and fresh in my mind in all aspects that i want to keep up to date with. My latest ome being the head shape matters course for expieranced stylists.
All of my clients are treated to a service which is like going to the salon! Complete with professional products, equipment and enough time to create the most relaxing treatments for you.
My aim is to please all of my clients I buy the premium tools of my trade, to leave you feeling the best you can, I am up to date with the latest styles and techniques to give individuality to each of my clients.
Giving you a date and time that suits you I can focus all of my attention to each client so they receive the very best of my abilities.
I have refocused myself in to Hairdressing and Gels, i also sell premium make up and skin care that i have found along my journey. I feel the knowledge from all the training i have done can intermix in the different fields and be one of the best in what i am trained in which really gives me an edge on thinking outside the box for your specialised treatment.
As i said at the beginning I feel as though being professional is a very important factor in our industry, so all electrical equipment for my Hairdressing and Gel Polish are professional products, also so you get the silky soft salon feeling from head to toe.
